Responsibilities
- Actively participate in assembling, installing, and commissioning new machinery and production lines across the plants
- Execute scheduled and routine preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, conveyors, mixers, and pressing machines
- Rapidly diagnose and repair sudden mechanical failures including hydraulic, pneumatic, gearboxes, and belt systems
- Perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of worn out mechanical parts and perform required mechanical overhauls
- Strictly adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards while working on machines and inside the plants
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of proven, hands on experience in maintenance and installation of Block, Interlock, Ready Mix, or Dry Mortar plants
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and follow maintenance manuals
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools, measuring instruments, and basic cutting/welding equipment
- Strong team player, capable of working under pressure in a manufacturing environment

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and hands on Mechanical Maintenance & Installation Technician to join our engineering team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production lines and heavy machinery across our plants (Block, Interlock, Ready Mix, and Dry Mortar).
- The primary goal is to ensure maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and smooth production workflows.
Responsibilities
- Equipment Installation: Actively participate in assembling, installing, and commissioning new machinery and production lines across the plants.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled and routine preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, conveyors, mixers, and pressing machines to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Rapidly diagnose and repair sudden mechanical failures (including hydraulic, pneumatic, gearboxes, and belt systems) under high pressure plant environments.
- Overhauling: Perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of worn out mechanical parts and perform required mechanical overhauls.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards while working on machines and inside the plants.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven, hands on experience in the maintenance and installation of Block, Interlock, Ready Mix, or Dry Mortar plants.
- Education: No specific degree required; practical expertise and field experience are the primary criteria for selection.
