Job Summary

  • The Sponsorship Manager is responsible for developing, securing, and managing sponsorship opportunities that generate revenue and build long term strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, negotiating agreements, maintaining partner relationships, and ensuring sponsor

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect new corporate sponsors and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors.
  • Prepare sponsorship proposals, presentations, and customized partnership packages.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize sponsorship agreements.
  • Coordinate with marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure sponsor benefits are delivered.
  • Monitor sponsorship performance and prepare ROI reports for partners.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
