Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role manages recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through onboarding and supports hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Develop sourcing strategies and post vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Review CVs, conduct initial interviews and assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports, track key recruitment metrics, and maintain candidate records in the HR system.
- Support a positive candidate experience and collaborate with hiring managers on manpower requirements.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Strong sourcing, candidate screening, communication, interviewing, follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
