Overview
- Supervise daily operational and field activities.
- Monitor attendance and performance of workers, drivers, and operators.
- Coordinate with clients and site supervisors regarding daily work activities.
- Follow up transportation, loading, unloading, and waste disposal operations.
- Monitor truck movements and routes and ensure completion of daily operational tasks.
- Ensure readiness of vehicles, equipment, and operational tools before starting work.
- Supervise implementation of safety procedures and work requirements at site.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
- Monitor fuel consumption, equipment condition, and report maintenance and technical observations.
- Ensure completion of operational documents, manifests, and required signatures.
- Handle operational issues and emergency cases and immediately report them to management.
- Maintain discipline and compliance with working hours and operational instructions.
- Receive operational petty cash/cash advances and close and submit all related supporting documents within the required time.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Support management in achieving operational targets and maintaining service quality.
