- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field

Role Description
- The Project General Manager is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region.
- Responsible for leading complex digital marketing projects from planning through execution and evaluation.
- Day to day tasks include defining project scope and objectives, developing project plans and timelines, allocating resources, and managing cross functional teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients, monitor project performance, address risks and issues, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Oversee quality standards, prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in project management for marketing or digital initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Solid skills in strategic planning and decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Experience in digital marketing or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
