About the Opportunity

  • We at Jedra work with real estate developers to market and sell exclusive projects in Riyadh.
  • We are looking for a professional real estate sales specialist skilled in sales and direct client interaction.
  • This opportunity is for males as it is field based; phone sales opportunities for females will open soon.
  • This is not a full time job but a part time commitment that can be done alongside your main job.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Receive interested clients for exclusive projects managed by Jedra.
  • Understand the project fully: prices, models, payment plans, advantages, and competitors.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and field meetings.
  • Identify client needs and present the best suitable options.
  • Coordinate site or showroom visits.
  • Follow up with clients professionally until closing the sale and signing contracts.
  • Record clients in CRM, classify them, and prepare daily reports.
  • Continuously collaborate with the marketing team to improve client quality.
  • Build long term relationships with clients and maintain their satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 2 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate).
  • High communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commitment to follow up, time management, and field attendance.
  • Professional appearance and behavior reflecting company image.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
  • Own laptop and proficiency in CRM and basic systems.
