- Receive interested clients for exclusive projects managed by Jedra.
- Understand the project fully: prices, models, payment plans, advantages, and competitors.
- Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and field meetings.
- Identify client needs and present the best suitable options.
- Coordinate site or showroom visits.
- Follow up with clients professionally until closing the sale and signing contracts.
- Record clients in CRM, classify them, and prepare daily reports.
- Continuously collaborate with the marketing team to improve client quality.
- Build long term relationships with clients and maintain their satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1 2 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate)
- High communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Strong commitment to follow up, time management, and field attendance
- Professional appearance and behavior reflecting company image
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets
- Own laptop and proficiency in CRM and basic systems
