About the Role
Mission Consultant Engineering is seeking an Infrastructure Planning Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. The engineer will develop and maintain project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with teams.

- Develop and maintain infrastructure project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones
- Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and provide regular reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders
- Coordinate with design, construction, and procurement teams to ensure alignment between plans and actual execution
- Support project control activities, optimize production planning, identify risks and mitigation measures
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in planning and scheduling
Requirements
- Strong planning and production planning skills, with experience in developing and managing detailed project schedules for infrastructure projects
- Proficient analytical skills and project control capabilities, including monitoring performance, tracking KPIs, and preparing progress and variance reports
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Experience in infrastructure or construction projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred
- Familiarity with planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office tools
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
