iDMS is seeking a creative HR Manager who combines visual design and content writing skills to produce integrated marketing materials. The role involves designing social media content, marketing materials, and maintaining brand identity, as well as writing social media posts, blog articles, and website content.

Responsibilities
- Design social media content: posts, stories, banners
- Design marketing materials: posters, brochures, presentations
- Maintain brand visual identity across all designs
- Design images for blog articles and website
- Write social media posts in an engaging style suitable for each platform
- Write blog articles and marketing content
- Write captions and advertising headlines
- Write website content and newsletters
- Ensure consistency of brand tone of voice
- Plan monthly content calendar (visual and textual)
- Monitor published content performance and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute advertising campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 3 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong writing skills in Arabic and English
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing basics
- Ability to balance visual creativity with textual message
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Portfolio including design and writing samples
- Good communication skills and ability to receive feedback and improve designs
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

المؤهلات
- بكالوريوس في التصميم الجرافيكي، الفنون الجميلة، الإعلان، أو مجال ذي صلة أو خبرة عملية معادلة
- خبرة سابقة في مجال التصميم الجرافيكي 2 3 سنوات
- مهارات كتابة قوية باللغة العربية والإنجليزية
- فهم أساسيات السوشيال ميديا والتسويق الرقمي
- القدرة على التوفيق بين الإبداع البصري والرسالة النصية
- تنظيم جيد وقدرة على إدارة عدة مهام ومواعيد تسليم
- Portfolio يشمل نماذج تصميم وكتابة
