Antique Closets in Riyadh is looking for an HR Manager to establish and develop the HR function from scratch. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions, managing recruitment, implementing KPIs, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

- Strong experience in performance management, KPIs, and employee evaluations
- Ability to implement internal HR policies and company regulations
- Experience in managing recruitment and onboarding processes
- Good knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI, and Saudi Labor Law
- Experience in employee training and development
- Ability to develop career paths and promotion frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
