About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal advice, draft and review contracts, prepare legal memoranda, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations. Requires a law degree and at least 10 years of experience in legal practice in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on various commercial and civil issues
- Draft and review contracts and legal agreements of various types
- Prepare legal memoranda, regulations, and case pleadings with high professionalism
- Provide legal opinions and risk analysis and propose appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and provide legal support when needed
- Collaborate with teams and clients to achieve the best legal results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia; postgraduate studies preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in legal practice and consulting in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent experience in drafting and reviewing commercial and civil contracts
- High ability to prepare legal memoranda, regulations, and case pleadings
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi regulations and litigation procedures
- Advanced skills in legal analysis, drafting, and legal opinion preparation
- Proficiency in computer use and legal software
- Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written

- سيكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم الاستشارات القانونية، وصياغة ومراجعة العقود، وإعداد المذكرات واللوائح القانونية.
- تمثيل أفضل الممارسات القانونية بما يضمن حماية مصالح العملاء والامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المسؤوليات
- تقديم الاستشارات القانونية لمختلف القضايا التجارية والمدنية.
- صياغة ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات القانونية بمختلف أنواعها.
- إعداد المذكرات القانونية، واللوائح، وصحائف الدعاوى باحترافية عالية.
- تقديم الآراء القانونية وتحليل المخاطر واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
- ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح السعودية وتقديم الدعم القانوني عند الحاجة.
- التعاون مع فرق العمل والعملاء لتحقيق أفضل النتائج القانونية.
المؤهلات
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو الشريعة، ويفضل الحاصلون على دراسات عليا.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال المحاماة والاستشارات القانونية لدى مكاتب أو شركات المحاماة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة متميزة في صياغة ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات التجارية والمدنية.
- قدرة عالية على إعداد المذكرات القانونية، واللوائح، وصحائف الدعاوى.
- إلمام شامل بالأنظمة واللوائح السعودية وإجراءات التقاضي أمام مختلف الجهات القضائية.
- مهارات متقدمة في التحليل القانوني، والصياغة القانونية، وإعداد الرأي القانوني.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي والبرامج القانونية، مع مهارة عالية في إعداد التقارير.
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
