About the Role
Saudi Skills Co LTD is seeking an Interior Design Trainer to deliver classroom and studio-based lessons in Riyadh. The trainer will prepare lesson plans, guide learners through design processes, assess performance, and collaborate on curriculum improvement.

Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and studio based lessons in interior design using theoretical and practical approaches aligned with institute standards
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and hands on projects
- Guide learners through design processes from concept development to presentation
- Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate training records
- Collaborate with other staff to improve curricula and ensure industry relevance
- Support learners’ professional development
Requirements
- Strong teaching and training skills with experience facilitating adult or vocational education in interior design or related fields
- Curriculum development and instructional design skills
- Design thinking skills
- Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or closely related discipline (diploma or bachelor’s degree) preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in Arabic; English communication skills are an advantage
- Strong classroom management, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industry standard interior design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D modeling software) is beneficial
- Previous experience in professional interior design practice and vocational or technical training environments is a plus
