Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and lab based instruction in graphic design tools, principles, and workflows, following approved curricula and training standards
- Plan lessons, prepare learning materials and projects, demonstrate design techniques and software, and guide learners through practical exercises and assignments
- Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their progress toward certification or course completion
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve training content, align courses with industry needs, and participate in professional development and internal meetings as required
Requirements
- Strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating interactive, learner centered sessions
- Instructional Design and Curriculum Development skills
- Design Thinking skills to integrate creative problem solving and user centered design into training activities
- Proficiency in industry standard graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and a solid understanding of visual design principles
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to explain complex design concepts in clear, accessible language and support learners with diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural educational environment
- Familiarity with vocational training standards in Saudi Arabia and willingness to adhere to TVTC requirements is an advantage

Role Description
