Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales plans
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and promotion across all sales channels
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate market conditions and team performance
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in stationery, office supplies, or FMCG
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license (if fieldwork is required)
