- Supervise all production stages from planning to final delivery
- Study scripts and transform them into a complete directorial vision
- Prepare shooting plans and determine locations and production requirements
- Manage and direct the team during shooting including photographers, technicians, and actors
- Ensure scenes are executed according to artistic vision and standards
- Follow up on editing, color correction, and visual/audio effects
- Review produced materials and approve final versions before publication
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve project goals
- Stay updated on latest trends and technologies in production and directing
- Manage time and budget efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Media, TV Production, Film, or related field
- Practical experience in directing and visual production
- Advanced knowledge of filming, lighting, and editing techniques
- Ability to manage teams and make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in relevant editing and production software

- نبحث عن مخرج إبداعي يمتلك القدرة على تحويل الأفكار والنصوص إلى أعمال مرئية احترافية، مع الإشراف الكامل على مراحل الإنتاج المختلفة لضمان تقديم محتوى عالي الجودة يتوافق مع الأهداف الفنية والإعلامية للمؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جميع مراحل الإنتاج من التخطيط وحتى التسليم النهائي.
- دراسة النصوص والسيناريوهات وتحويلها إلى رؤية إخراجية متكاملة.
- إعداد خطط التصوير وتحديد مواقع التصوير ومتطلبات الإنتاج.
- إدارة وتوجيه فريق العمل أثناء التصوير بما يشمل المصورين والفنيين والممثلين ومقدمي المحتوى.
- التأكد من تنفيذ المشاهد وفق الرؤية الفنية والمعايير المطلوبة.
- متابعة عمليات المونتاج والتصحيح اللوني والمؤثرات البصرية والصوتية.
- مراجعة المواد المنتجة واعتماد النسخ النهائية قبل النشر أو البث.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشاريع الإعلامية.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات في مجال الإنتاج والإخراج المرئي.
- إدارة الوقت والميزانية المخصصة للمشاريع بكفاءة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- بكالوريوس في الإعلام أو الإنتاج التلفزيوني أو السينمائي أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية في مجال الإخراج والإنتاج المرئي.
- معرفة متقدمة بأساليب التصوير والإضاءة والمونتاج.
- القدرة على إدارة فرق العمل واتخاذ القرارات تحت ضغط العمل.
- مهارات إبداعية عالية وقدرة على تطوير الأفكار وتحويلها إلى محتوى مؤثر.
- إجادة استخدام برامج المونتاج والإنتاج المرئي ذات الصلة.
