ACUD Company is seeking an Architect (مهندس معماري) to supervise architectural works on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role requires 7-10 years of experience in architectural supervision, including hotel finishing projects.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily execution of architectural works on site
- Coordinate with other discipline engineers (civil, electrical, mechanical) to ensure work integration
- Follow up with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality of execution
- Conduct inspection and handover of completed works according to technical specifications
- Prepare work progress reports and submit to project manager
- Address technical issues that arise during execution and propose appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements on site
- Perform quantity surveying and review executed works when needed
- Follow up on material requests and ensure compliance with approved specifications
- Contribute to project handover and completion of snag lists until final closure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers
- 7 10 years of experience in site supervision or architectural project execution
- Experience in hotel finishing (specifically 5 star projects)
- Proficiency in reading drawings and execution plans
- Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and technical specifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Time management and ability to work under pressure

الهدف الوظيفي
- الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المعمارية في الموقع والتأكد من مطابقتها للمخططات والمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة، مع التنسيق مع جميع الأطراف ذات العلاقة لضمان تنفيذ المشروع وفق الجدول الزمني المعتمد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف اليومي على تنفيذ الأعمال المعمارية في الموقع.
- التنسيق مع مهندسي التخصصات الأخرى (المدني، الكهربائي، الميكانيكي) لضمان تكامل الأعمال.
- متابعة المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والتأكد من جودة التنفيذ.
- إجراء أعمال التفتيش والاستلام للأعمال المنجزة وفق المواصفات الفنية.
- إعداد تقارير تقدم العمل ورفعها إلى مدير المشروع.
- معالجة المشكلات الفنية التي قد تظهر أثناء التنفيذ واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
- التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة في الموقع.
- حصر الكميات ومراجعة الأعمال المنفذة عند الحاجة.
- متابعة طلبات المواد والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات المعتمدة.
- المساهمة في تسليم المشروع وإنجاز قوائم الملاحظات (Snag List) حتى الإغلاق النهائي.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
- عضوية سارية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.
- خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في الإشراف على المواقع أو تنفيذ المشاريع المعمارية.
- خبرة في تشطيبات الفنادق (حصرا في مشاريع 5 نجوم).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة قراءة المخططات والرسومات التنفيذية.
- الإلمام بكود البناء السعودي والمواصفات الفنية.
- إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وMicrosoft Office.
- يفضل الإلمام ببرامج Revit وNavisworks.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق.
- القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- إدارة الوقت والعمل تحت الضغط.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية ومتابعة تقدم الأعمال.
بيئة العمل
- العمل في مواقع المشاريع مع زيارات ميدانية مستمرة.
- الالتزام بساعات العمل ومتطلبات السلامة المهنية.
- التنسيق المستمر مع إدارة المشروع والاستشاري والمقاولين.
