Responsibilities
- Overall supervision of receiving and issuing movements for all items, continuous review of finished production, branches, and project warehouses, and monitoring ongoing stock count/audits
- Active participation in procurement plans to ensure safe and continuous availability of fire pump manufacturing materials and supplies at highest quality and lowest cost
- Direct follow up on clearing imported goods from abroad with customs broker to avoid demurrage and financial penalties
- Organizing periodic maintenance schedules for vehicles, scheduling drivers, monitoring their movement via tracking systems, and utilizing tracking service companies and fleet management applications
- Periodic follow up on vehicle licenses, insurance, driver cards, and Transport General Authority violations (operating cards), with full knowledge of traffic regulations
- Preparing and submitting detailed weekly and monthly reports to the Operations Department Manager showing workflow and department performance
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in fleet and driver management
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management
- Good knowledge of utilizing desktop computer programs (MS Office)
- Full knowledge and capability to handle tracking systems, electronic transport applications, and transport vehicle platforms such as Tamm and Logisti
- Good command of both Arabic and English languages
- Professional training certificates or specialized courses in fleet management, warehouse management, or inventory control are preferred

- تعلن شركة عارف النهدي المحدودة (ANC) بمدينة الرياض، المتخصصة في تصنيع مضخات إطفاء الحريق وأنظمة السلامة، عن حاجتها إلى استقطاب كفاءة مميزة لشغل وظيفة مدير الخدمات اللوجستية.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف الشامل على حركة الإدخالات والصرف لجميع الأصناف، والمراجعة المستمرة لمستودعات الإنتاج التام، الفروع، والمشاريع، ومتابعة الجرد المستمر.
- المشاركة الفاعلة في خطط المشتريات لضمان التوفر الآمن والمستمر لمواد ومستلزمات تصنيع المضخات بأعلى جودة وأقل تكلفة.
- المتابعة المباشرة لتخليص البضائع المستوردة من الخارج مع المخلص الجمركي لتجنب الأرضيات والغرامات المالية.
- تنظيم جدول الصيانة الدورية للمركبات، وجدولة السائقين ومراقبة حركتهم عبر أنظمة التتبع، والاستعانة بشركات خدمات التتبع وتطبيقات إدارة الأسطول وأنظمة مراقبة استهلاك الوقود لتحسين كفاءة التنقل.
- المتابعة الدورية لتراخيص وتأمين المركبات، وبطاقات السائقين، ومخالفات هيئة النقل (كروت التشغيل)، مع دراية ومعرفة تامة بأنظمة المرور وخصوصاً فيما يتعلق بمركبات النقل.
- إعداد ورفع تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية تفصيلية لمدير إدارة العمليات توضح سير العمل وأداء القسم.
المؤهل والخبرة
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، اللوجستيات، أو أي تخصص مشابه.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة الأسطول وإدارة السائقين.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة المخزون، المستودعات، أو سلاسل الإمداد.
- معرفة جيدة بالتعامل مع برامج الكمبيوتر المكتبية.
- القدرة والمعرفة التامة بالتعامل اليومي مع أنظمة تتبع المركبات وتطبيقات النقل الإلكترونية ومنصات مركبات النقل مثل (تم، لوجستي).
- معرفة جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- يُفضل من لديه شهادات تدريبية أو دورات مهنية عامة متخصصة في مجال إدارة الأسطول أو إدارة المستودعات والمخازن والمخزون.
