Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute marketing plans and strategies
- Manage social media accounts and create marketing content
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns and analyze results
- Coordinate with designers and production companies for marketing materials
- Prepare presentations, brochures, and project profiles
- Market real estate projects and engineering services through various channels
- Contribute to attracting potential clients and converting them into opportunities
- Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and marketing indicators
- Monitor market and competitors and suggest development ideas
- Organize real estate auctions and coordinate with all parties to ensure success

- نبحث عن أخصائي تسويق يمتلك خبرة في القطاع العقاري والهندسي، يتمتع بمهارات التخطيط والتنفيذ للحملات التسويقية، وإدارة الهوية التجارية، وتعزيز حضور الشركة وتسويق مشاريعها وخدماتها باحترافية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط والاستراتيجيات التسويقية.
- إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي وإنشاء المحتوى التسويقي.
- التخطيط وإدارة الحملات الإعلانية الرقمية وتحليل نتائجها.
- التنسيق مع المصممين وشركات الإنتاج لإعداد المواد التسويقية.
- إعداد العروض التقديمية والبروشورات والملفات التعريفية للمشاريع.
- تسويق المشاريع العقارية والخدمات الهندسية عبر القنوات المختلفة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات.
