About the Role
Lead financial strategy, group-wide financial operations, and technology-enabled finance improvement.
Work closely with senior management to improve financial performance and support business growth.
Manage finance activities across multiple industries, business units, and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans across multiple business units.
- Support senior management with financial insights for strategic decisions and expansion.
- Oversee reporting, cash flow, profitability analysis, and accounting operations across group companies and projects.
- Monitor financial performance and provide accurate reports.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems and modern financial technologies.
- Automate processes and improve data integration, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Use financial tools and dashboards for business intelligence and performance tracking.
- Advise the company owner and leadership team on financial matters.
- Translate complex financial data into recommendations and actionable business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or group financial management.
- Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and profitability analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
- Ability to manage multiple industries and projects with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven working style.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel and coordinate between Cairo and Riyadh as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar systems experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- The described salary is 4,420.59 Saudi riyals per month.
