Job Opportunity: Group Finance Manager – ERP & Financial Strategy

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Cairo, Egypt, with regular coordination and business travel between Cairo and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• The work location is in person.

About the Role

Financial Strategy and Planning

• Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans across multiple business units.
• Provide financial insights for strategic decisions and business expansion.

Group Financial Management

• Oversee reporting, cash flow management, profitability analysis, and accounting operations across group companies and projects.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare accurate management reports.

Technology-Driven Finance Operations

• Implement and optimize ERP systems and modern financial technologies.
• Automate finance processes and improve data integration, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Use financial tools and dashboards for business intelligence and performance tracking.

Executive Financial Advisory

• Advise the company owner and leadership team on financial matters.
• Translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations and actionable business plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or group financial management.
• Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and financial software; SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar systems are advantageous.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel and coordinate between Cairo and Riyadh as required.
• A proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven working style is expected.
