Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Field Sales Executive / Territory Sales Representative** with experience in the hospitality sector.

This role involves direct client engagement, including door-to-door visits, presenting our innovative virtual tour solutions, and closing sales within assigned territories.

The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and results-driven, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to hotels, resorts, real estate agencies, and other potential clients
  • Present and demonstrate 3D Explore’s virtual tour services effectively
  • Identify and generate new leads within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or a similar role
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, tourism, etc.) is required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in at least two languages (Arabic and English preferred)
  • Must own a car and be willing to travel for client visits
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Professional, confident, and target-driven personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of 3D technology or virtual tours is a plus
