Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct age appropriate lessons focused on basic literacy, language, and mathematical concepts to prepare children for school education.
- Organize systematic activities to develop children's social emotional skills, including emotion management, conflict resolution, cooperation, and independence.
- Regularly assess each child's development level, maintain personal development portfolios, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning abilities and needs.
- Establish and maintain active, collaborative communication with parents and guardians about children's development stages and school readiness.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and physically active environment in the group room, strictly adhering to sanitary, hygiene, safety, and organizational standards.

- Fluency in Uzbek (description language) and ability to communicate with parents
