We are hiring a Senior Architect / Design Lead to join a real estate development company based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
The role is ideal for architects who enjoy being directly involved in the design process and taking ownership of residential projects from concept to design development stage.
Key Scope Of Work
- Lead the architectural vision and design direction for residential developments
- Prepare concepts, layouts, facades, and massing studies
- Develop projects through Design Development stage
- Coordinate with and review external consultants’ work
- Ensure projects are practical, efficient, and aligned with market expectations
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of architectural experience
- Strong background in residential and housing projects
- Hands-on design capability is required
- Experience working on built or ongoing projects
- Good command of Revit
- Portfolio must demonstrate individual design contribution
