Responsibilities
- Follow up on company establishment transactions, issuance and renewal of licenses, records, and permits
- Handle transactions with the Ministry of Investment for foreign investor licenses and data updates
- Manage transactions with the Ministry of Commerce and Saudi Business Center including commercial registration
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and Qiwa platform for establishment files, labor transfers, work permits, and Nitaqat
- Follow up on transactions with Zakat and Tax Authority including tax registration, VAT, and Zakat
- Handle transactions with the General Organization for Social Insurance including opening files and updating employee data
- Manage transactions on Muqeem and Absher Business platforms for iqamas, visas, exit/reentry, and final exit
- Follow up on municipal licenses via Balady platform and coordinate with municipalities and civil defense
- Handle Chamber of Commerce subscriptions, attestations, and official letters
- Update National Address and Saudi Post data for the establishment
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of government transactions
- Monitor validity of records, licenses, and subscriptions and alert before expiry
Requirements
- Experience in government relations or government platform management
- Knowledge of company establishment procedures in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in using government platforms such as Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Commerce, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, Social Insurance, Zakat and Tax Authority, Balady, and Chamber of Commerce
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Good communication skills with government entities, clients, and management

- Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken).
