Responsibilities
- Manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity.
- Analyze project and client profitability and service pricing.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Handle Zakat, tax, and e invoicing.
- Develop and improve work procedures.
- Manage resources and monitor operational efficiency.
- Track KPIs and execution quality.
- Link operational decisions to their financial impact.
- Provide management with reports and recommendations to support decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in financial management
- Practical knowledge of Zakat, tax, and e invoicing
- Proficiency with integrated accounting software that supports AI
- Good understanding of pricing and project profitability
- CMA, CPA, ACCA, or SOCPA certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or service sector (preferred)
- Knowledge of ClickUp and project management tools (preferred)
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred)

Overview
- نبحث عن مدير مالي وتشغيلي يجمع بين التفكير المالي والفهم التشغيلي، ويعرف كيف يحوّل البيانات إلى قرارات تدعم نمو الشركة وترفع كفاءة العمل.
- في هذا الدور ستكون شريكاً للإدارة في التخطيط واتخاذ القرار، مع مسؤولية مباشرة عن الأداء المالي والتشغيلي للشركة.
أبرز المسؤوليات مالياً
- إدارة الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية.
- متابعة التدفق النقدي والسيولة.
- تحليل ربحية المشاريع والعملاء وتسعير الخدمات.
- إعداد التقارير والقوائم المالية.
- متابعة الزكاة والضريبة والفوترة الإلكترونية.
أبرز المسؤوليات تشغيلياً
- تطوير وتحسين إجراءات العمل.
- إدارة الموارد ومتابعة كفاءة التشغيل.
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء وجودة التنفيذ.
- ربط القرارات التشغيلية بأثرها المالي.
- دعم الإدارة بتقارير وتوصيات تساعد على اتخاذ القرار
المتطلبات
- بكالوريوس محاسبة أو مالية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة 4 سنوات فأكثر في الإدارة المالية.
- معرفة عملية بالزكاة والضريبة والفوترة الإلكترونية.
- القدرة على التعامل مع برامج محاسبية متكاملة تدعم الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- فهم جيد للتسعير وربحية المشاريع.
ميزة إضافية
- CMA أو CPA أو ACCA أو SOCPA.
- خبرة سابقة في وكالة تسويق أو قطاع خدمات.
- معرفة بـ ClickUp و ادوات اداره المشاريع.
- إجادة العربية والإنجليزية.
