About the Role
Grey Design Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified Accountant in Jeddah to maintain accounting records, prepare financial statements, handle tax returns, and use ERP systems.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records and bookkeeping for construction and real estate development companies
- Prepare internal financial statements and year end closing accounts, and coordinate with external auditors
- Prepare, submit, and file tax returns, including following up on VAT refund claims
- Utilize ERP systems and accounting software to support financial and accounting operations
- Prepare financial claims and progress payment certificates (Mustaqlasat) and follow up on submission and approval
- Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with approved accounting policies and procedures
- Assist in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and other accounting related activities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Valid registration certificate with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
- Saudi National
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prepare reports and manage financial follow ups
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
