Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts and layouts for digital and print materials supporting real estate projects, brand identity, and marketing campaigns
- Design social media posts, brochures, presentations, signage, and project branding materials
- Prepare final files for production
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to translate business objectives into clear, consistent visuals aligned with brand guidelines
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and refine existing designs based on feedback
- Ensure all visuals maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy
Requirements
- Strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with a portfolio demonstrating high quality visual work
- Experience in Branding and Logo Design
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles
- Solid command of industry standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site مصمم جرافيك (Graphic Designer) role based in Jeddah.
- The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and layouts for digital and print materials that support Afaq’s real estate projects, brand identity, and marketing campaigns.
- Daily tasks include designing social media posts, brochures, presentations, signage, and project branding materials, as well as preparing final files for production.
- The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and project teams to translate business objectives into clear, consistent visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
- The Graphic Designer will also contribute to creative brainstorming, refine existing designs based on feedback, and ensure all visuals maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with a portfolio demonstrating high quality visual work.
- Experience in Branding and Logo Design, including developing and applying visual identities across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to produce clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced designs.
- Solid command of industry standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar applications).
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing for real estate, architecture, or property marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
