Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general management and operations management
• Strong leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance management, and the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational process improvement
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and make informed decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of relevant local regulations and business practices in Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
