- Manage project procurement and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries until receipt
- Prepare and review financial payment certificates and follow up on approvals
- Perform quantity take offs and prepare estimated quantity schedules for projects
- Review contracts, letters, and technical/administrative correspondence
- Follow up on project requirements and coordinate between different departments
- Prepare periodic reports related to procurement and costs
- Review engineering plans and drawings when needed
- Contribute to cost control and improvement of procurement and contracting procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in the contracting sector
- Experience in procurement, contract management, and payment certificates
- Proficiency in quantity surveying and reading engineering drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to prepare official letters, reports, and correspondence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Job Overview
