Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Developer role based in Jiddah.
The Sales Developer will identify and qualify new business opportunities with hospitals, medical centers, and clinics, and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
Responsibilities include conducting outreach calls and meetings, presenting platform demos, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals.
The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs, gathering feedback from customers, and supporting contract negotiations.
The Sales Developer will also maintain accurate CRM records, prepare regular sales reports, and represent Rundevu at industry events and client visits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Ability to deliver clear product presentations, conduct needs assessments, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on sales performance and market trends.
- Understanding of the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with appointment and clinic workflows is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English; ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
