- نحن شركة لوجستية في مرحلة نمو وتوسع، ولدينا خبرة قوية في التشغيل والخدمات اللوجستية، لكننا نبحث اليوم عن شخص يساعدنا في بناء الحضور التسويقي والعلامة التجارية بالشكل الصحيح.
- نبحث عن شخص يفهم التسويق كأداة للنمو وليس مجرد إدارة محتوى أو نشر منشورات.
- شخص يستطيع دراسة السوق والعملاء والمنافسين، وتحويل هذه المعرفة إلى خطط وأفكار ورسائل تسويقية تدعم نمو الشركة وتساعدها على بناء مكانة قوية في السوق.
- إذا كنت تستمتع بفهم العملاء، وتحليل الأسواق، وبناء العلامات التجارية، وقياس النتائج وتحسينها باستمرار، فقد يكون هذا الدور مناسبًا لك.
- المهام الرئيسية
- إعداد الخطط والاستراتيجيات التسويقية.
- دراسة السوق والعملاء والمنافسين وتحليل النتائج.
- تطوير العلامة التجارية ورسائلها التسويقية.
- إدارة ومتابعة الحملات التسويقية والإعلانية.
- دعم فريق المبيعات بالأدوات والمواد التسويقية المناسبة.
- المساهمة في بناء المحتوى والحضور المهني للشركة.
- متابعة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء وقياس النتائج.
- اقتراح فرص جديدة للنمو والتوسع في السوق.

• Advertising & Promotion
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في التسويق.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في الخدمات اللوجستية أو الشحن أو التخليص الجمركي أو النقل أو خدمات B2B.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
- ما الذي نبحث عنه؟
- شخص يفكر بعقلية الأعمال والنمو.
- لديه فضول لفهم السوق والعملاء.
- قادر على تحويل الأفكار إلى خطط قابلة للتنفيذ.
- يعتمد على التحليل والبيانات أكثر من التخمين.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand positioning and messaging.
- Manage and monitor marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Support the sales team with effective marketing tools and materials.
- Contribute to building professional content and market presence.
- Track marketing performance and analyze results.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and market expansion.

• Advertising & Promotion
- 3–7 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, supply chain, or B2B services is highly preferred.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English.
