Responsibilities
- Implement the operational plan for properties
- Prepare work reports for units
- Execute unit handover and takeover processes
- Apply property regulations
- Receive units from clients after lease end or eviction
- Receive units from facilities team after preparation and ensure readiness
- Ensure all complaints are closed and customer satisfaction is confirmed
- Participate in the annual capital expenditure plan (Capex)
- Implement the annual operating expenditure plan (OPEX)
- Monitor monthly utility expenses (electricity, water, etc.)
- Coordinate with other departments (leasing, contracts) to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure safety and comfort of residents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or commercial operations management
- Certification in property management (if available)
- OSHA certification (if available)
- English and Arabic languages
