- Manage all company devices (computers, laptops, printers, fingerprint devices)
- Prepare and equip new employees with devices, accounts, and permissions
- Manage networks, internet, and branches connectivity
- Manage email systems and employee accounts
- Manage mobile phones, work numbers, and applications
- Manage cameras and surveillance systems
- Manage licenses and software used in the company
- Perform data backup and recovery plans
