About the Role
BASALAMAH ADVANCED CO LTD is hiring an experienced Blown Film Engineer/Technician for its manufacturing team in Jeddah. You will operate and optimize blown film extrusion lines, troubleshoot production issues, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and optimize blown film extrusion lines
- Operate and monitor plastic bag converting machines
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform machine adjustments
- Improve product quality and minimize production waste
- Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards
- Supervise production staff and support daily manufacturing operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in Blown Film Extrusion and Plastic Bag Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of operating, setting up, and maintaining production lines
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience in quality control and process optimization
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Supervisory or production management experience is preferred
