- Represent clients before courts, arbitration panels, and judicial and quasi judicial authorities
- Advocate for and defend clients’ rights and interests with professionalism and competence
- Provide oral and written legal advice on a wide range of legal matters
- Draft and prepare contracts, agreements, legal memoranda, regulations, pleadings, objections, and other legal documents
- Conduct in depth legal research on applicable laws, case law, and legal principles
- Maintain effective and regular communication with clients to keep them informed of case progress
- Follow up on cases and requests through the Najiz platform and other relevant government platforms
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in law firms
- Bachelor’s degree in law or higher
- Valid license to practice law
- Strong practical experience and in depth knowledge across most types of legal cases
- Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written

Job Opportunity
- Horizon Justice Law Firm is seeking a qualified Lawyer to join its legal team in Jeddah on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients before courts, arbitration panels, and judicial and quasi judicial authorities.
- Advocate for and defend clients’ rights and interests with professionalism and competence.
- Provide oral and written legal advice on a wide range of legal matters.
- Clearly explain applicable laws, legal procedures, and strategies to clients.
- Draft and prepare contracts, agreements, legal memoranda, regulations, pleadings, objections, and other legal documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct in depth legal research on applicable laws, case law, and legal principles relevant to assigned matters.
- Analyze legal facts and information and provide sound legal assessments and recommendations.
- Maintain effective and regular communication with clients to keep them informed of case progress and respond to inquiries.
- Communicate and negotiate with other parties involved in legal disputes.
- Stay up to date with legal and judicial developments through continuous reading and participation in training courses and seminars.
- Apply the latest legal knowledge in serving clients.
- Strictly adhere to the ethics of the legal profession and professional conduct standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in law firms.
- Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
- Valid license to practice law.
- Strong practical experience and in depth knowledge across most types of legal cases.
- Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
