Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site استقبال (Reception) role based at LEVAYĀ in Jeddah.

The استقبال team member will warmly welcome guests on arrival, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure guests feel supported and informed throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, managing reservations and scheduling, and coordinating with spa and salon teams to optimize the daily appointment flow.

The role involves handling payments, maintaining accurate guest records, and following standard operating procedures to uphold service quality.

The استقبال team member will also help maintain a calm, organized reception area, support guests with special requests, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and front-desk skills, with the ability to welcome guests warmly and manage inquiries professionally.
  • Excellent communication abilities in spoken and written languages relevant to the Jeddah market (Arabic required; English strongly preferred).
  • Basic administrative and computer skills, including managing schedules, reservations, and payment systems.
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a calm, courteous manner aligned with a luxury wellness setting.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, hotel, or a similar guest-facing role is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site with flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
