Role overview
The Beauty Consultant provides excellent customer service and uses appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets.
The role also covers counter cleanliness, replenishment, new product launches, product demonstrations, and store marketing.
Customer experience and sales
- Develop and maintain guest experience standards to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Answer questions about products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance that meets or anticipates expectations.
- Recommend suitable product ranges and explain brand and product uses and benefits.
- Drive sales and achieve line and sales targets using makeup knowledge.
- Track store targets, participate in incentives, prepare daily sales reports, and follow post-launch sales targets.
