About the Role
CHINA RAILWAY 18TH BUREAU GROUP LLC DUBAI is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join their construction team in Dubai. The role involves carrying out site surveys, setting-out works, establishing control points, and performing as-built surveys.

- Carry out site surveys and setting out works in accordance with approved drawings
- Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and survey coordinates

- Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to support construction activities
- Operate surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level
- Maintain survey records and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects
- Proficient in using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and AutoCAD
- Good understanding of construction drawings and survey procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- UAE experience is preferred
