About the Role
Our group company is looking for a creative and experienced Florist & Plant Styling Specialist in Dubai. The role involves creating fresh and artificial flower arrangements, designing plant styling and floral décor for commercial and residential spaces, and providing plant care guidance.

Responsibilities
- Create fresh flower and artificial flower arrangements with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
- Design and execute plant styling, floral décor, and landscaping solutions for commercial and residential spaces
- Create and install artificial flower displays, artificial plant arrangements, and themed decorative setups
- Select, arrange, and maintain indoor/outdoor plants and greenery
- Provide plant care guidance and support to clients
- Conduct basic floral design and plant styling training for team members
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in floristry, plant styling, landscaping, or related fields
- Strong skills in both fresh flower and artificial flower arrangement
- Ability to recreate designs from reference images with high accuracy
- Good sense of color, space, and aesthetics
- Experience with plant maintenance and greenery styling
- Good English communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work in an international environment
