- Understand client preferences to provide styling advice and cross selling opportunities
- Celebrate important client milestones to strengthen brand connection

- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver luxury service using knowledge of Burberry fashion, products, and heritage
- Guide clients through the entire shopping journey from first impression to post purchase follow up
