Job Summary

  • Our established organization, specializing in advanced mobile application development and mobile gaming (iOS & Android), is seeking an ambitious and results driven IT Sales Specialist to join our elite team of 7 to 8 professionals.
  • In this role, you will be the primary engine of our growth by identifying and securing new software development projects from entrepreneurs and startups within the local market.
  • Success is defined by your ability to build high trust relationships and close deals based on our unique prepaid hourly package model.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and identify entrepreneurs, startups, and business owners looking to build mobile applications or mobile games (iOS & Android).
  • Professionally connect with potential clients to introduce our agency's elite structure and our transparent, flexible 'prepaid hourly package' model.
  • Manage the end to end sales pipeline, from cold outreach and initial consultation to understanding technical requirements and closing the deal.
  • Coordinate directly with the agency management to relay client requirements accurately, ensuring precise hour estimations before presenting financial proposals.
  • Maintain ongoing, positive relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage them to renew hourly packages for future features.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in IT Sales, Tech Sales, or Business Development for software houses or digital agencies.
  • A solid understanding of mobile app and game development terminology (e.g., Flutter, Unity engine, MVP, APIs) to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and persuasion skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong asset for the local market).
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills, with a proven track record of handling client objections professionally.
  • Highly self motivated and capable of working independently to meet sales targets in a fully remote and flexible work environment.
