المسؤوليات والمهام القيادية والتنفيذية
- قيادة فريق الخدمات (Service Team): إدارة وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق، توزيع المهام اليومية، ومتابعة الأداء لضمان تقديم الخدمات الحسابية والضريبية بأعلى جودة.
- هندلة العملاء والمواعيد: استلاف ملفات العملاء، إدارة جداول الاجتماعات والمواعيد بدقة، والتواصل الاحترافي معهم لضمان رضاهم التام وحل أي عقبات تواجههم.
- الرؤية والتدقيق: الإشراف على عمليات التدقيق المالي وإعداد الملفات الضريبية التي يقوم بها الفريق، ووضع رؤية واضحة لآلية سير العمل وتطويرها.
الشروط والمتطلبات الأساسية
- القيادة والرؤية: شخصية قيادية قوية، قادرة على تحفيز الفريق، وإدارة الأزمات، والتعامل الذكي مع العملاء.
- الخبرة التخصصية: خبرة عملية قوية ومثبتة في مجال التدقيق والاستشارات الضريبية (ويُفضل وجود رخصة وكيل ضريبي معتمدة).
- اللغة: إجادة تامة وباحترافية شديدة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة).
- الجنسية: يُفضل من الجنسيات العربية (لسهولة ومرونة التواصل مع عملائنا).
- الجاهزية: جاهز للبدء في العمل فوراً.
