- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or C++
- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
- Experience with big data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Flink, ClickHouse
- Experience with message queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Experience with microservices frameworks: Spring Cloud, Dubbo, gRPC
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Experience with high concurrency systems (QPS 10W+)
- Experience with SaaS platforms
