Role Focus

Experience and Credentials

• At least three years of experience as a Jiu-Jitsu trainer or coach is required.
• Valid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu certification or a recognized belt rank is required.
• Previous experience in a gym, martial arts academy, or sports facility is preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.

Coaching Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu classes for different skill levels.
• Teach proper techniques, discipline, fitness, and self-defense in a safe and professional manner.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging training environment.
• Motivate children and build positive relationships with children and parents.

Required Capabilities

• Proven experience coaching children and youth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children are mandatory.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, injury prevention, and proper training techniques.
