Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Sell gold, diamond, silver, and luxury jewelry products
- Explain product details clearly to customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable items
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and follow up with customers
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
- Check product weight, tag details, price, and design information carefully
- Support daily stock checking and inventory handling
- Follow company sales procedures and store rules
- Build long term customer relationships
- Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Knowledge of gold jewelry and understanding of 18K, 21K, 22K, 24K gold
- Basic knowledge of diamonds including cut, color, clarity, and carat
- Previous jewelry sales experience
- Confidence in selling high value products
- Honesty, discipline, and presentable appearance
- Good customer communication skills
- English language proficiency
- Experience in Dubai Gold Souk or UAE jewelry retail (preferred)
- Experience using WhatsApp Business for customer sales (preferred)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Sell gold, diamond, silver, and luxury jewelry products.
- Explain product details clearly to customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable items.
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and follow up with customers.
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must have knowledge of gold jewelry.
- Must understand basic differences between 18K, 21K, 22K, and 24K gold.
- Must understand gold weight, purity, daily gold rate, and making charges.
- Must have basic knowledge of diamonds, including cut, color, clarity, and carat.
- Must have previous jewelry sales experience.
- Must be confident in selling high value products.
- Must be honest, active, disciplined, and presentable.
- Good customer communication skills are required.
- English is required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Dubai Gold Souk or UAE jewelry retail.
- Experience selling 21K gold jewelry, 18K diamond jewelry, gold bars, coins, or silver jewelry.
- Experience using WhatsApp Business for customer sales.
- Ability to close sales, follow up, and maintain customer trust.
Salary
- Salary will be discussed based on experience and sales ability.
- Pay: AED 2,500.00 AED 3,500.00 per month.
