Automotive Biller Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Pay: $28.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time

As an Automotive Biller at Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, you play a crucial role in the sales and finance process of every vehicle transaction, ensuring deals are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Billing all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveries
• Verifying costs and transaction details for each vehicle sale
• Receiving and processing all paperwork from the F&I department
• Ensuring all vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted
• Maintaining compliance with required documentation, regulations, and standards
• Managing records and preparing forms and reports as needed
• Communicating effectively with the sales, accounting, and finance teams
• Providing additional administrative support as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Strong DMV knowledge, with the ability to verify and separate deals
• Prior billing experience at an automotive dealership required
• ORLS experience a plus
• Punctual, reliable, and dependable
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work Saturdays
• Attentive, welcoming, and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
