Role overview
Join the in-house technology team of a fast-growing online retail and eCommerce brand.
Work as a back-end-focused Full Stack Developer across systems, integrations, data, and broader full stack development.
Build the backend services, operational tooling, third-party integrations, data flows, and automation supporting a high-volume retail operation.
Location and working pattern
- The role is based in Salford Quays with four days onsite.
- The package also describes flexible working around core hours and hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and integrations for eCommerce platforms and internal systems.
- Develop Node.js APIs and services connecting internal tools, third-party platforms, and customer-facing applications.
- Own integrations from planning through development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Contribute to reliable, scalable, and high-performing backend architecture.
- Build serverless functions and microservices and identify automation opportunities.
- Support data pipelines, operational reporting, analytics workflows, databases, and query optimization.
