The Java Technical Lead will build Java applications, design Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs, and lead and mentor a team of developers.

6+ years of experience building Java applications.
Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs and Spring Boot microservices, including 2+ years of application design experience.
Expertise in design patterns and principles such as SOLID and the ability to apply them.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and good knowledge of DevOps practices.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with open-source libraries and software such as Apache Camel, Kafka, Redis, or EFK.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Build Java applications and design Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs.
Apply software design patterns and principles, including SOLID, in application design.
Understand and apply Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
