10-15 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in full stack development, specializing in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, etc.) as the primary skill.
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and modern SDLC practices.
Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-level applications, preferably in cloud environments.
Proficiency in additional languages and frameworks (Python, SQL, databases, etc.) and ability to quickly learn new tech stacks as needed.
Demonstrated experience leveraging GenAI, Copilot, or AI-based tools for software development, automation, or reporting, including automated testing and code review.
