• 12+ years of relevant experience in application development and engineering management within the Financial Services or banking industry.
• 12+ years of experience as a Java/J2EE Applications Development Manager , Engineering Lead , or Application Management Lead .
• Proven track record of leading and delivering robust, scalable enterprise applications utilizing modern architectures and SDLC standards.

• Core Tech Stack: Strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Angular/modern UI frameworks, PL/SQL , and containerization technologies ( Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift ).
• Engineering Excellence: Proficient in architectural design, hands-on coding, secure code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and disciplined software development and release processes.
• Agile Delivery: Solid understanding and practical experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Demonstrated track record in people management, talent development, and technical team leadership .
• Proven experience in stakeholder management , partnering directly with business sponsors, product owners, and cross-functional technology partners.
• Clear, concise, and executive-ready written and verbal communication skills.
