Working Model
- This is an onsite role at T-Hub in Hyderabad.
- The role follows a six-day working week for the first nine months, then moves to a standard five-day week.
The Role
Own architecture decisions for core platform services involving distributed microservices, graph storage, streaming ingestion, ETL pipelines, and semantic retrieval at scale.
The role requires reasoning about trade-offs and failure modes before implementation.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain Spring Boot microservices for a distributed graph-memory platform.
- Own service boundaries, data flow, failure handling, and platform evolution.
- Implement Java security and access control, including authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, and secrets management.
- Work with Kafka-based event streaming, backpressure-aware processing, and actor-model concurrency.
